Quick ideas to get some veggies into your diet

Cauliflower and hummus makes a great snack

Broccoli is so good steamed with a little butter and sea salt

Asparagus drizzled with heart healthy olive oil

Beets with a little safflower mayo

Mixed baby greens or romaine lettuce with homemade dressing

Dressing idea-olive oil, vinegar, herbs, sea salt, and stevia if you want a sweet dressing

Add peppers to your salad

Squash can be cooked in the oven and drizzled with a little butter, stevia, and cinnamon

Grill mushrooms and add vegetables to the mix

Add zucchini to spaghetti sauce
