3 cups sliced apples, not delicious
1 Tablespoon oat or rice flour
2 Tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar (adjust to taste)
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of sea salt
1 Tablespoon water
Combine the above and place into a slightly greased casserole dish
1/2 cup oats
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup maple sugar or one quarter cup stevia (adjust to taste)
Mix together and poor onto apple mixture
Bake 35-45 minutes @ 375*
Of oats are not tolerated try Bob’s Red Mill Gluten free Oatmeal. If butter is not tolerated try Ghee.
One can also substitute a nut butter and reduce the butter to 2 Tablespoons.
