Carbs, fats, and proteins are all needed.
Hydrogenated vegetable oil, sugar, and white flour should be avoided as much as possible. Good fats are good for you. Fake sugar is even worse than the real stuff and there are many types of flours to experiment with.
Eat wild caught fish.
Eat lots of nuts and seeds, including nut butters other than peanut butter.
Use oils like olive oil (use this quickly). Store other oils like nut oils in the fridge and buy oils in dark, glass containers.
Pop real popcorn in coconut oil.
Drink mostly spring water.
Avoid plastics as much as possible.
Eat bison or other hormone and antibiotic free meats. Try local farmers so you know the details.
Use sea salt in place of table salt.
Avoid nitrites and nitrates like those found in processed meats.
