Organic Produce

Investing in organic produce may be worth the expense if you consider a few of the benefits.  Organic produce has a higher nutrient content. Chemicals and pesticides create fake estrogen in the body causing hormonal imbalances that lead to health problems.  Toxic overload creates poor health and pesticides are one of the contributing toxins.

Given the fact that not everyone is able to make the investment in purchasing organic produce, I am going to share a list that will give you some options.  Please take it with you to the grocery store.

High in pesticides= consider buying these organic= apples, bell peppers, celery, cherries, chili peppers, imported grapes, nectarines, peaches, pears, raspberries, strawberries, and tomatoes

Low in pesticides=asparagus, avocados, bananas, blueberries, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, eggplan, grapefruit, kiwi, mangoes, okra, onions, papayas, pineapples, plums, radishes, and watermelon.

Hope this helps!
