1 cup brown rice syrup
1 cup almond butter
2 tsp Stevia
2 Tbsp carob powder
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
4 cups crisp brown rice cereal
1 cup chopped pecans
Melt coconut oil in a large skillet. Add the rice syrup and almond butter and stir until blended. Allow to heat until gently bubbling. Fold in salt, carob, stevia, and vanilla. Quickly remove from heat and stir in rice cereal. Spread into greased glass pan.
